I'm a 44 year old computer network geek at a billion dollar credit union. I wandered into the LHS 3 weeks ago to look for a chess computer. I walked out with my billfold $400 lighter after buying a Hangar 9 Extra Easy 2 RTF setup, and a bunch of other stuff I needed to fly. I showed up at our local field http://www.radiodrone.net the next day. I'd never seen an RC plane fly till I got there! They checked out my plane, trimmed and test flew it. What a great bunch of guys! I've since joined AMA, and their club. I've got to fly once on a buddy box, and if the wind is halfway calm I'll fly more tomorrow and sunday. I'm currently building a a Ultra Stick 40 ARF w/Irvine .52 and spending quality time crashing in FMS... - Joe
