Over complicate? PCV? Lost me. Couldn't be more simple to add a nipple to a velocity stack. A tight fitting hole for the 1/8 brass nipple and JB Weld to secure it. Done. Oh sorry, you DO have to remember to plug the crankcase vent tube into the nipple. And it scavenges just fine.
