Yeah, I goofed on the sponsons I originally made, so I had to make some new ones. The maiden run is the video I posted. I was so bummed it wouldn’t get on plane no matter what I did with the original sponsons. I almost threw it in the trash once, and considered selling it at one point as well.

I don’t remember all of the speed records from RCAW, but I remember your Kamikaze really ripped too. I miss RCAW too - I came in right towards the end and never had the chance to make one of the meets. It would be neat to track everyone down and get a meet put together. Andy had popped his head in a few years ago here on RCU.

I got a little nutty and put a 1.20 4-stroke on mine. It’s pretty obnoxious.. . Too hot for the water. It’s airborne after about 8 seconds at WOT. Though I have never tried it, I have thought to try a wall climb with it.
