Yeah - it just means its light enough to float on its own, and still be fast as hell. Mine floats a little higher; the sponsons are about 1/4 above the water. Mine is 42 long and 22 wide, though I have shorter boom tubes to bring it down to 20 wide. IIRC, it weighed about 6.5# RTR.
