My apologies. I was mixing up use-cases. If you click the 3 buttons in the upper left corner, you will see an option in that menu that says "View Full Site"
The instructions I originally gave were for if you are in the full site on a mobile device and want to switch back to mthe mobile skin.
No three buttons in upper left corner.
