Wyoturbine

I was able to get a few items finished up this week. Back when I installed the engine I ran a heat shield between the muffler and the carb to aid in cooling, opened up the underside of the vokes filter for escape air and I baffled the engine with darice foam earlier this week, a friend turned me onto this stuff a few years ago. Heat resistant, holds its shape and very easy to work with.
I also installed the lower cowling and finished up the fishtail exhausts. For these, I airbrush them with alclad exhaust manifold and for detail use a tamiya detail kit for heat areas, I’m not quite done with them yet but they are installed.
