I deduce from the context of your question that you are not yet a proficient RC pilot, either helicopter, quadcopter or airplane. You did not specify how much wind the model must be able to accommodate or how much load it must be able to carry. A smaller size helicopter or quadcopter could fly in 30'x100' easily enough with a properly skilled pilot and could handle a little more wind. An airplane is much easier to learn to fly than a helicopter and harder than a quadcopter, but will need calmer conditions. I also am assuming you have no load carrying requirement and are willing to wait for nearly calm conditions for flight. If so, then you might try the E-flite Night Vapor. It is slow enough and maneuverable enough to fly in your house (or outside) if you have the required skills. See it here: https://www.horizonhobby.com/product.../EFLU1300.html
