It was a lot of work, but I made the right call to replace all of the Luan supplied ribs. Look how they were starting to separate!

Doesn't look like much, but this took almost all day to make. Later, I will put lightening holes in each ply rib to save weight.

With ALL the ribs completed, it's time for the fun to begin. Since I now have two sets of ribs, I decided to use the old Luan ribs to figure out where the CF tubes will pass through them. Since this wing has dihedral, the holes for the CF tube will be at different locations at each rib. Once the holes were located, I used my digital angle gage to check the accuracy on both plains.

With the angles adjusted left to right and front to back, I can now transfer the holes to the "good" set of ribs.

Now I have to add the other ribs in between and locate those holes! 😓
