Spent time this morning making a few balsa washers. Want to know what they're for? 🤔 All in good time...

I finally got to open up the glue bottle! Wing ribs W2-W6 are secured to the bottom spruce spars.

Everyone has their own way of gluing ribs to make a wing. As long as you come out with a straight wing in the end, it's all good. This is my way... I once again utilized a length of aluminum angle stock purchased at my local hardware store and cut them into small 2" sections. You could just use one aluminum angle stock per rib, but today I chose to use two. The clamps are there to keep the rib tight against the table.

Note the two holes drilled on one side of the angle stock. This is so it can be pinned down to my build board. BTW, my 4' x 8' build table has 1/2" sheetrock over the top. It protects my table and holds push pins well. When I'm done with a build, I flip it over and use the other side for a second build. Just a frugal "Yankee"!
