Yes sir that is correct. I've really understood from others that he been scammed to. Oh I was Warned by several that had done business with Don. Some were successful and some were not. Most fellows in our hobby are honest and are a credit to our hobby. But in the last 10 years I've seen that trend sour. Sorry about all this it's really my fault for trusting this guy. When several said don't ! He was originally a home roofer out of California. My Lawyer felt he was out sourcing and acting as a middle man. That was confirmed by a customer that invested in a 33% piper cub. That was delivered as promised in one month. A few others also felt he was out sourcing. So that's just possibly true.
