I am really revolted against the person so speaks this forum. As no compromise has been proposed by the seller even after 3.5 years, I offered to close the deal either by delivering the parts already made and in their being or by returning 50% of the money. The answer was absolutely in line with his usual responses, with no further apologies, and to simply wait. Note that, according to what he said, the parts had been 95% ready for 2.5 years! And to mention that $1075 was 100% paid when the order was placed.

I can't stand this guy who doesn't give a damn about his customers.

The seller has been warned, and I'm now offering anyone who wants to contact me privately to tell him about my experiences (I keep a record of every email exchanged).

I'll never get my 1/3 Super Chipmunk, but this charade must stop and serve as an example.
