Default Formers

I happened to have a piece of steel casing in the backyard that is 10.75" OD. This is more drastic than the curvature of the top deck. I have tightened a cargo strap around it to form the two halves. I am using it as a mandrel of sorts to get the birch ply to lay down without using a ton of extra clamps when it is epoxied. It's a bit of an experiment, but we shall see. I'm tempted to actually steam it or wet it a bit, but I will try it dry first. The curves are compound, so this only potentially cures half the problem.
