I had to go get my reference materials to check for sure but a 10.5" wing chord scales out at 1/6 scale. My best guess is that it is an Arizona Models kit. Since they are defunct I would suggest trying to get in touch with Tom Polapink. He has been affiliated with Old Rhinebeck Aerodrom pretty much all of his life so you might find a contact there. He posts on YouTube as sopfoknie so you might make contact there. If that doesn't work out the kit is probably based on the Wylam drawings. You can probably reverse engineer a set of plans from the parts and the drawings.
