Haven't flown the seamaster since last flying season. I experienced the same ,regarding the need to mix a lot of rudder in the turns. Also needed a lot of nose weight to balance. Will update in the future. I have only flown off of land . Still looking for water.
I will néed to make the forward hatch bigger to get my hand inside so my battery (extra weight needed for cg) can be installed inside easier.
