Default Scratch building an Edge540

I've finished working on the CAD files from 3-views for the Edge540. I'm going to be using one of my 2 MDS68's, probably with a 14x4 prop, but I'm having a hard time deciding which of these scales will be best suited for this engine:

18% --Span: roughly 52.75 inches
19% --Span: roughly 55.5 inches
20% --Span: roughly 58.5 inches

What weight should I be trying to keep a 60 sized ship under for good 3D/funfly performance (I'm guessing 7 pounds). I've been spending the last few weeks all over the web looking at "60 sized" ships, but I see most stuff a .91 or 1.20 in them and most of these birds are in the 60 to 70 inch span range. I want to see a 60 sized bird with a 60 to 70 motor in it! Can anybody give me some input if you have a 60 sized bird with a 60 to 70 motor in it and the span and weight of it? I'm thinking of dual elevator servos, so I'll have 6 servos in this thing.

A soon as I get this figured out I'm ready to start cutting.
