Go to Hobby Hanger (I think it is).

There is a .25 size I believe. You can also do a search here on RCU. Rich Uravich designed it and sells plans, kits, and ARF's in a couple sizes. It's the one you see in the magazine at the beginning of the plans section. Probably make a great winter project.
