I had the Data display terminal go out on my Ram 500. I check the plugs, connections ect. No success. I called Ram, explained the problem, the said they'd send out a new display unit. Two day later it arrived, plugged it in, problem resolved. Sent the old unit back to Ram. No Charge, not even for freight.
Now that's service!!!!
