I think it is how SOON you need the service and how MUCH it costs!! My Jetcats have yet to cost me a dime. I have had 100+ flits on one of the oldest SN's. My Mercury, my 1st turbine, has not cost me a cent with about 50 flits... Quality and relaibility is also relative to one's expectations..
