I would like to add to my previous post that its a shame that they dont have better service and will listen to the customer. If they would fix this tail problem and offer the Laser3D in ARF form in the USA then it would sell very well. I have flown a lot of the 3D models and the Laser ranks up there with the best of them if you get one where the tail stays on (which I have one where it does). This is one of the lightest flying aircraft that I have ever laid my thumbs on.
