Thanks for the information. I was thinking of using 3/4 oz glass cloth. Its very light and would add a lot of strength. Believe it or not this model has two molded in wheel wells in the hull that can accept 1-5/8" wheels. The rudder also is connected to a 1" steerable tail wheel. I guess it is set up like a tail dragger airplane. Pretty neat!
