Well, I better get going. I told my plant manager I was going to try to phase myself out of the factory. I've been looking for land on which to build a business for myself. There's lots of options, a limited supply of land in good locations and the owners are pricing it as if they don't really want to sell it. $250k for 2.75 acres. ha

I'll find something I can use for much less. I'll have to, to get any.
