Default Christen Eagle biplane incidence setting

I am just starting a scratch building project and I am using a set of Pilot plans. I hear that Pilot has a good flying Eagle. I decided to scale up the Pilot Eagle to be the same size as the Great Planes Christen Eagle, which is just a little larger then the Pilot Eagle, but not much larger. The Pilot Eagle has a 64-inch top wing and the GP Eagle has a 68-inch top wing.

Now since I am a scratch builder, I change things to hopefully improve the end product. The best Pitts that I have flown has been the Cermark Pitts by Dave Patrick. So I would love it if my Eagle flew as well.

Here are the incidence #’s on all three planes.

----------------------TW-----BW--Stab-motor---Dihedral
Cermark Pitts-------------0------ 0-- +2----0 ------- ?

Pilot Eagle----------------0------ 0--- 0---- 0------- +1

GP Christen Eagle-------+1/2---(-1)---0----2.5 down- +5

My project -------------- 0------ 0--- 0---- 0------- +2.5

Am I on the right track or am I over looking something?
