I would have to guess that for most people the trainer that they learned on may be there only experience.

I would suggest adding "So Similar as not to make a noticible difference to the newbie" as one of your choices

Having personally flown some but not all on your list IMHO that any of them coupled with a good instructor are more then up to the job of teaching a newbie to fly!!!!
