About the AMA sign up.

I was at work when I signed up. I faxed the form to them with my credit card number on it (not the MOST secure thing, but I think it was ok) and by five o'clock I received the confirmation number from them over the fax. But, if you fax it be careful. I was ready to go out the door when I noticed the fax from them, and the fax they sent back had my CC number on it. That erked me. Good thing I caught it.

But I got my membership within a couple hours.

And I tend to agree with those guys. It is the LHS guys job to help and be kind. That is how he makes money, kinda like a salesman. It is expected that he be nice and help because it is because of you that he gets paid. So I agree, I wouldn't pay him a dime if you are spending that much money with him.
