If you're not stuck on staying where you are, land is a lot less expensive around I-10 here. Not sure of what it's really going for, but it is a lot less than $250K/acre.

Made a fair piece of change back in '73-75 servicing CB (Children'a Band) radios, mostly in peaking and doing high power modifications, and replacing protector diodes when a numbskull reversed the power leads. Can't forget wiring up Turner mikes too.

Didn't think there was any money in it anymore.
