Just converted a Shindaiwa four stroke trimmer engine with my CD ignition.....It weighs 3 1/2 lbs, has a nice flat back to put a plate on, idles at 1400..I'm running a Mejzlik 18-6 but can't tach it in the shop with fluorescent lights, the 1400 reading was with the lights out and using a flashlight through the prop...It is a very easy conversion, there is no oil tank..Fuel mix is 50-1 just like a 2 stroke...I'll put a Walbro WA125 on it tomorrow so there will be some way to adjust the high end...Looks like a WINNER...Same technology as a YS...
