Default LT-25 and wood glue

Hi everyone, I finally got my LT-25 started this week (with a whopping 4 pieces of wood on my building board) and I already have a question. At the end of the wing section, the instructions state that I should go back over the wing and glue all the joints again. There's one catch, though -- I'm not using CA. I'm using wood glue (tite-bond I think, the yellow stuff from Home depot) instead of CA.

Should I just skip the re-gluing step? If so, do I need to be generous with the glue up front since I can't go back to add more later per the instructions?

Sorry for the stupid question. I'm pretty sure I can just skip that step, but I don't want to screw it up!

thanks,
Rick
