I don't know where you found that price for the OS, Tower Hobby's 2004 catalog lists several versions, but the cheapest one is their order number OSMG0896 FS-91 Surpass II, at $299.99 each. The FS-70 S-II is $249.99 - did you slip a line when you looked it up?

The FA 91 Saito has a reguar price of $239.95 from Horizon, the black version is $25 more.

Even if I've made an error I'd still spend the $10 more for the Saito. Or $35 if you want the GK version. My Saitos are mostly mix-and-match, however all but one have the black cylinder, whether the particular engine has a black case or not.
