I agree with LUDS96 above as to the fox idle bar or any hotter plug. Check the tank location and use 15% fuel. Also make sure the idle mixture is good or even maybe slightly lean.
What you are describing means you are not getting it started even with glow attached...Strange, although I have seen this on others.
