Rick, usually CA is used to "Tack" wing parts together and then go back over the joints with "Real" glue, such as you used. So It ain't necessary to do it again.
However, if you haven't already started on the fuse.... Leave in the "Knockouts" to back of the wing saddle. The strength gained, more the offsets the weight loss !
I just love my LT-25 !
