Default Pizazz Wing Attachment

Daveo,

You know your stuff when it comes to tweakin' out a Pizazz. I'm glad you said something about the stock gear and running it backwards. Yesterday, I broke my carbon fiber gear on a belly-flop from hover. I put the stock gear on it and put it backward. I cut the axle holes off, ground off the sharp edges and drilled 4mm holes. I mounted the wheels with 4-40mm bolts, washers and nuts. That should save weight all the way around. I checked the CG and it's about 1/4"-1/2" back from where it was. I wanted to move the CG anyhow. 4"-4 1/2" seems to give me the performance I want. Luckily, I still had a US 40 with a ST 51 with an MCP and a PBF to play with for the rest of the day.

Do you know anything about Modeltech's Magic? I have one in the box and a Webra 40 with mini-tuned pipe ready to all go together.
