What a nice thanksgiving I had today....I'll cut right to the chase. This thing flies like a 3D monster in my opinion. I've read lots of posts on how it flies and I can't believe some of the people have the same plane. First of all if you read that it doesn't knife edge, it does with very little elevator correction required. If you read that it's hard to hover, it's a breeze. I only needed just short of half throttle to hover. When you give it rudder it doesn't fall out like other planes. Compared to an Ultra Stick 40, this thing blows it away in all areas. Not that the Ultra is a bad plane, it just has limits. Inverted flight required very little down elevator. It rolls very fast on 3D rates. I only had a tank of gas since all the stores were closed so I could only fly about 10 minutes or so. This plane is really unreal for under $100. This is really what takes the cake: IT LOOKS SO FRICKEN COOL. Like a real airplane instead of some stick with wings. So the cool factor is a 9 out of ten. Take off and landing was a complete breeze. On landing it just floated in and touched down perfectly.

Anyway, just thought I'd let people know that this is really a nice plane for the $$.

And thanks to all of you who gave me tips on how to strengthen the plane. Also if you read that the CG should be around 4-4.75 inches, they are right. I think that's the reason mine flew aerobatics so well, the CG specified in the manual is too nose heavy IMO.

Have a good thanksgiving.

Joe
