Well the blender is a very insteresting maneuver.....
Basically you climb, then point your nose straight down. After the plane build up some speed you begin rolling it to one side. After 2 or 3 rolls (or more also) you enter an inverted flat spin (full down elevator rudder and aileron to the opposite side as the rudder), the plane will suddenly "stop" on the air if done correctly. But this can be very stressfull on the wing and if you're not carefull you may break it due to the high accelerations involved.
