ABC - Aluminum, Brass, Chrome
ABN - Aluminum, Brass, Nickle

An ABC/N engine has an Aluminum piston that rides in a Chromed(Nickle plated) Brass liner. The liner expands faster than the piston, creating the optimum compression seal.
