As a part of the discussion this weekend, oddball wings somehow got brought up.

Was there another A/C which had reverse taper wings similar to XF-91? The wings for this A/C had a smaller chord at the root and was larger and thicker in all respects out near the tip.

Had this style of wing been tried on a propeller powered A/C before?
