center of fuel tank to 3/8" below center of fuel tank to carb. needle valve is standard,at hi speed, pinch the fuel line,engine should speed up a tad [300 to 500 rpm]then point plane up,all speed should stay the same,low speed ,pinch the fuel line,the engine should speed up a tad.Two stroke or 4 stroke fuel its your choice
