Oh yeah, bout the two throttle things. Would they be stepped- such as a switch with idle, medium, high- as there arn't two throttle sticks on the TX.
My dad used Old Fleet (small english Company) Gear since it had a proportional slider channel inbetween the sticks that a throttle stick was eaisly added to. The main sitck was the inners and the secondary was the outers.

On our next lanc we will use a Sanwa Stylus because that has a nice "slider" channel on the top left side of the TX. You could use a 3 possition switch I guess but I prefere proportional control.
