On a serious note ... in re to wireless servos.

I am a linux fan myself, but not even linux can wirelessly transmit current to a wireless servo, so every servo will have to have it's own battery pack, etc.

I have actually seriously considered wireless comms for remote actuators in a non RC related field, and found that the need to be plugged in to an energy source made it pointless. If you need a wire for energy, you may as well have a wire for control.
