Yours looks fine to me. I did dremel a small circular "notch" in my mount, at the glow plug, so I could move the turbine to the rear a little more. You can see in the picture that the screw that is in the bottom of the turbine is as far back against the mount as it can go. I did not install the washers as shown in the manual and Mine seems to fly fine.
