You bet I'm using smoke for my Eagle! I have a TME system waiting to go in. I used medium Robart hinge points on my ailerons (waiting to put the tail feathers on) and they hold very well. For the cowl I am planning on using epoxy mixed with microballons and reinforced with CA. It worked very well on my Composite-ARF so I'm not expecting any difficulties with the GP cowl. I did use that combo on the plywood braces on my wheel pants and it seems to be very strong. Looking forward to getting the plane in the air!
