Default RE: Tuned pipe & header advice for OS 160 Fx?

I know several people how have tried this engine and have succeded with some success and some failures. However, it reminds me of everything I went through trying to set up the ST2300. By the time you spend all your energy trying to make various things work, pump, carb, wraparound headers, pipes etc., you will frustrate yourself into buying something else. My advise.... get an engine that has a pump and rear exhaust. OS, Webra, Bully.... whatever. It is worth the little extra you would pay and still way cheaper then a DZ. The Mintor 1.40 even comes with a header.
However, if your bent on using the engine. Get a header from Karl Mueller... the others just wont hack it. Some are using the Perry pump with succes and others use a kline regulator and presurize the tank. AS for pipes most any good two stroke pipe will work.
