If the field is covered with soft snow, a flying hull type seaplane (Like the Seamaster) is my first choice.

But seeing as how you are in Green Bay, I would imagine that snowmobiling is as popular there as it is here. Every year the town plows a track on the frozen lake for weekend snowmobile races. That track becomes my runway when they're not using it.
