Black and Decker Piranah (carbide tipped teeth ) same as u use for pressure treated lumber and it cuts easier than lumber. Aluminum cuts better with coarse blades as the chips dont clog the teeth.
Watch the flying chips and Definately wear goggles.
Treat it as you would a piece of wood. Goes very fast.
I have used this blade for demolition of aluminum machinery (car washes) and cut as deep as the blade will go literally hundreds of cuts both on table and handheld.
