i agree with steve's comments. I did use "flaps" mixed in with elevator on takeoff only. it gave the plane a nice "lift" off the runway, not so much a rotate. only about 10 degrees at 50% elev was enough to do the trick.

imho the real one has a cg well aft of the aircraft and a computer controlling the surfaces. there is a little difference.
