On Fun fly Planes I use spoilerons to dampen the wing rock in an elevator. About 80 % in relation to the elevator movement. I also use flapperons to make my loops tighter. You will have to play with the percentages with each plane. As far a hovering and knife edge I cut both of these mixes off. On most of my planes I have the elevator coupled to the rudder(master) to eliminate the pitching, and this is set up as a permanent mix.
