Back when I was putting in sweat equity in building my new house, I'ved used those special 7-1/4" circular saw blades, which were meant to be used by remodelers to survive embedded nails, screws and metal plates when sawing trhough existing framing. I think that's what you're referring to, right? I've never seen 10" ones for table saw, though. Then again I didn't know they have those, so Ihaven't exactly been looking for something like that.
