Now, after reading what Mark and Bob wrote I am sold to the idea of using the OS 160 FX. I say "Go for it". It will save some money to buy more fuel, that means more practice.
Anyway, I will still be using my Dingo! We can only fly 7-8 months up here.
I friend who flies in Masters is using a OS 160 FX set-up in his new Mantis Ex. His comments after the first several flights are very positive. He will go to a couple of contests in South of California this winter. I will let you know when I learn more from him.
BTW, he said his Mantis flies great. The model he used to fly was a Synergy!
