Hey thanks guys! I'm going to take the engine off the plane and check it out. The bearings feel smooth and tight with no play at all. Sure hope it isn't the bearings

I'll post back if and when I find the problem.

ps-Joel, I can't bear to part with my FSR It's my last one, because I sold the other three and am still kicking myself for doing so.
