1 hour to 45 mins, depending where you are in Wichita. I work in south Wichita & it's about 45 mins for me. No there's no organized flying fields in Winfield. I fly at the high school, the local college (South Western) or the local city owned football/soccer complex. Plenty of wide open areas & never another flier. Rarely even spectators! Just me & my son.
