Default Any TF Giant Corsair Building Tips?

Yeah. I can do that. I can, really. What's the diameter?

Fab detailing. Just awesome.

Here's one of the front end of mine. I was pretty stoked how photogenic she was, but you can see that I've a way to go to be an expert detailer.

And since I'm picking your brain, is that a top-flite kit, (the corsair), and do you envision it with working gear doors?

Mine just had taxi testing. I was grounded for a vibrating rudder. If you have the top-flite kit, make sure that the sleeve holding the rudder control rod in the empennage is VERY secure. Mine shook loose from the US 41's vibration, and I'm having a devil of a time getting it re-secured without going in through the side. NOT good.

The testing went well, though. she tracks well on the grouind, and common x-wind inputs while maneuvering deliver predictable behavior. I taxi-tested in a good 10kt breeze.

Watch out as well for the tailwheel. Good tension and rigidity are key. I isolated my pull-pull system from the servo with 4-40 rod and ball joints for rock solid steering.
